Donna Marie Antoniadis, Co-founder & COO

As an avid user of social media and a busy woman, the idea of ShesConnected came to Donna Marie when she realized none of those social networking websites catered to her and understood the difficulty of juggling personal and professional lives. She then dove into the idea of creating an innovative social networking website where women could manage both their personal and professional lives at the same time, but only they would know the connection between the two.


Donna Marie has over twenty years of experience in sales, business development, and marketing, with focus on the Internet industry since 1995, the wireless industry since 2003, and has been exclusively focused on Social Media since 2007.


Ms. Antoniadis hopes ShesConnected will help women manage and improve their busy lives the way it has to her.

Mark Grindeland, Co-founder & CEO

Mark has been exclusively focused in Social Media since 2007. His unique skill set encompasses Advertising, Mobile, and Social Media at executive levels. With over twenty five years of experience working with some of the world's leading consumer brands he is well equipped to provide strategic leadership in the ever changing media landscape.


Mark was a co-founder of m-Qube Inc. the premier provider of mobile messaging and data solutions in North America. He was also the Chief Executive Officer, Wunderman- Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. Prior to Wunderman, Mark was a Senior Vice President at Digitas a leading Internet professional services firm.


Mr. Grindeland believes ShesConnected will empower women to maximize both their personal and professional lives with its vibrant community of members and resourceful tools.
